Certified Physician Assistant
Anthony Salvador is a certified physician assistant who has been practicing Orthopedics in South Florida for the past 20 years.
Upon graduation from high school in Satellite Beach, Florida, he joined the military and served 10 years in the United States Marine Corps. At the age of 28, he began college at Brevard Community College and then transferred to the University of Central Florida. He was then accepted to the physician assistant program at Nova Southeastern University and graduated in 1999.
Anthony’s entire career as a physician assistant has been in the field of Orthopedics. He has extensive experience in treatment of musculoskeletal disorders of the upper and lower extremities, in addition to the diagnosis and management of sports medicine injuries, orthopedic trauma and fractures, as well as disorders of the spine. He is also very experienced in the treatment of osteoarthritis, including nonoperative management and injections. He has extensive knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of a myriad Orthopedic injuries and has assisted in all types of Orthopedic Surgery. He has spent the last 20 years working with orthopedic surgeons both in the clinic and operating room setting, honing his diagnosis and management skills of all types of orthopedic conditions. Additionally, he is well versed on the post-operative care and rehabilitation of all types of orthopedic surgery.
When Anthony is not working, he enjoys spending time on his boat fishing and diving.
